"My booked house was taken, and instead of it they give to us an ugly apartment looks like warehouse, for price comparable with Sheraton in Bishkek. We urgently looked up for new hotel, in unknown city at night. It was terrible but then we find another hotel and moved out. Owners said that money for booking we payd with Expedia still on hold and they cannot refund and I must call to Expedia.
