"The cabin was so cute and clean. Just enough room for a couple. The only complaints i habe is the mattress is super hard! Painful! The bed needs mattress topper to soften it. Secondly, we needed extra towels and we did not get them. Otherwise, we enjoyed a little time in the hot tub and the overall experience was good. (PS our coffee maker in cabin 1 needs to be repaired or replaced)"

"We had our annual family river trip here and it was awesome! It’s rare to have a section of the Blanco all to yourself but we did. The 3 cabins were all clean and beautifully decorated. The access to the river was phenomenal with some great fishing and a nice swimming hole. The Vaughn’s were very easy to work with and communicated well with us! I highly recommend this place!"

"My family loved staying in Robin's Roost. The cottage is so cute and well equipped. The deck was definitely our favorite place to hang out and enjoy meals together. The path to the river was easy to use, and parking at other end was great ( didn't realize we needed to pay for it).my only recommendations would be to clean out or replace the BBQ it was so full of silt that it was difficult to get oxygen to the fire. Also a large pot for pasta, and a serving/mixing bowl would be usefull.I was...

"My family and I booked a mini vacation last minute. But Liz helped us and we stayed in one of their beautiful cabins. They looked to be recently remodeled as well. Liz was SUPER quick with responding to any needs we had. We also were able to ride our four wheeler on the property which was another plus for us!
