Nothing stood out. For the amount of money, I spent I expected something. No complimentary breakfast, had to pay a fee to use hot tub because it’s in the spa. The room was nice but nothing great. Couldn’t heat my food up because no microwave but couldn’t get food at the casino because they’re all closed. Stores say they open at a certain time or say 24 hrs. But they’re not open or open 2 or 3 hours after the posted time. Paid a lot for nothing. Not quite sure why there are resort fees when they offer nothing.

enjoyed our stay, the strip view in our room was amazing. the kids totally loved it. we love how spacious and clean the whole unit was. we were attended promptly by staff. amazing service. we'll definitely come back

Hotel lobby was under construction messy entryway with unclear directions on where to go when you walk in as the check-in process was on a different floor. Parking was exorbitantly expensive as are the items in the mini bar in the room. I ordinarily want to two dollars or 12 to 15 or $20 which is just highway robbery. I've stayed at the W in other cities and had a much better experience.

Hotel is run down compared to the Conrad, also the $150 credit can be used in limited areas, I was given two different lists for where I can use it by two different people in the hotel, ended up not using it at all
