The living room, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, a TV seating area, a large oval dining table with 6 luxurious armchairs, and an open kitchen, is located in a 6-by-6-meter space with a wooden loft ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and has a separate freezer with 3 drawers. Dishwasher, large oven, microwave, and a coffee set including Nestle Gusto, Senseo, and filter coffee makers. From the living room, you can access the rear terrace (wooden deck) through two French doors. The outdoor deck measures 5 by 6 metres and features a dining table with six chairs and four lounge chairs with cushions. The back patio also has a covered area that is 2 metres deep and 8 metres wide. There is also a covered area at the front of the chalet that is 2 metres deep and 8 metres wide, furnished with a large wooden table and wooden benches where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning as the sun rises. From the back deck, you have a direct view of the lake—where you can hear the water lapping—and a view of the setting sun and the mountains.
On the ground floor, in addition to the living room and open kitchen, there is a bedroom with a double bed, and above it, a single bed—both featuring high-quality mattresses topped with Scandinavian mattress toppers and comfortable duvets. You can see the lake from this bedroom. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in a spacious entryway measuring approximately 3 by 3 metres. The bathroom features a new luxury shower stall with a rain showerhead and an additional jet showerhead. The toilet and sink are equipped with cabinets, a mirror, and a hair dryer. On the ground floor, the bathroom, entryway, and living room have underfloor heating. The living room and bedroom are also equipped with electric radiators. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is one additional bedroom. This bedroom features a double bed, complete with Scandinavian mattress toppers and comfortable comforters. The second bedroom measures approximately 3 by 3 metres.

There is a third bedroom on the ground floor that is NOT available for rent and is locked.
