  • This round-log semi-detached apartment (40 m² plus a 15 m² loft) is located in the peaceful Kesäjärvi area of West Ruka, built in 2007. With a private electric sauna and a cozy fireplace, it is well suited to families or small groups of up to 5 guests. Maintained cross-country ski trails are just 300 meters away and snowmobile trails 200 meters away, and during the winter season (December-April) the SkiBus stop is only 150 meters from the door.

    The apartment is spread across two floors: the ground floor and a loft.

    Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD player, CD player and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and electric stove.

    Bedrooms & Loft: The ground floor includes one bedroom with a double bed. The loft offers 2 box spring beds and an ottoman that converts into an extra bed, accommodating up to 5 guests in total.

    Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom includes an indoor WC and a shower, along with a private electric sauna. Additional conveniences include a hairdryer, a drying cabinet for clothes, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner with cleaning tools.

    Parking: A parking space and parking area are available on site, with a heating plug for the car.

    Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
