Loved it.

Absolutely loved this place. Very relaxing atmosphere, lots of great places to chill around the pool, the rooms are comfortable with good facilities. Definitely staying there again.

If you are expecting something less crowded and a little more raw than Bali where you can catch great waves, you are right for traveling to Kuta, Lombok. We originally booked a trip here so we can surf but my partner injured his knee a week before the trip so we had to find ways to enjoy Kuta in other ways. If you are not a surfer, you can feel quite lost and disappointed at how hard it is to find things to do. We thought Kuta was a bust for us.

Kleine Oase

Dieses Hotel ist eine kleine Oase. Es liegt mitten in Kuta in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Viele nette Lokale und Bars sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze ist hervorragend. Es gibt keine Moskitonetze, aber es gab auch keine Moskitos. Trinkwasser gibt es gratis in Glasflaschen und man kann es sich jederzeit selbst nachfüllen. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich lecker, vor allem das selbstgebackene Brot und die Smoothie bowl. Das Hotel wird derzeit erweitert, sodass es tagsüber immer wieder zu Baulärm kam. Dieser wurde jedoch in der Regel von der sehr angenehme Musik im Hotel überdeckt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und vor allem Niki, ein Praktikant aus Deutschland, hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Rascals at Kuta

Rascals Boutique was a real surprise. An island of perfection and comfort in the busy Kuta area. Nice outdoor landscaping... pool, cabins, etc. Rooms are very nice, lots of convenience. Throughout the hotel lots of art and craft work is displayed. Food service, menu, and seating quite nice. Music mix is the best I've heard.

Most rooms were about three metres from the pool. The rooms had bathrooms which were open air design with walls of bamboo and beautiful creepers. The restaurant provided a good selection of food and all staff were friendly and helpful.

I've travelled the world for the past twenty years and I can honestly say, Rascals has nailed it!! They have found the perfect balance between highend luxury and relaxed surfy traveller. If you're travelling solo, its perfect for meeting people. If you're with friends, its the perfect place to find fun and adventure but also kick back and relax. The atmosphere was super chilled and the tunes were epic. They took care of everything, surf lessons, scooters, where to go for drinks / dinner etc. It was a fabulous weeks holiday! I cannot fault Rascals! Well done Steve!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful place and we wish we could have stayed longer. Our room and bathroom was lovely and clean, the pool and it’s surroundings were amazing and beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly and eager to please, from the moment we walked in until checkout we were made to feel welcome. The food was great and the breakfast servings were very generous and super delicious! It was a great place to stay and chill out, walking distance to bars and places to eat. We rented a bike that was in great condition and only paid the equivalent of $6 AUD. If I could suggest one thing to the owner/s of this property it would be to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Well done to whoever very created such a lovely place and congrats on finding the awesome staff they have on board. We will definitely be back here again next time we’re in the area!!

Beautiful resort. Love every single thing here. We have a super king bed and very spacious bedroom. Outdoor bathroom is beautiful. Offer scooter rental at 60,000 per day. Wonderful breakfast. Every thing here is very new. Highly recommend because we can't bear to leave this place too.

Excellent New Hotel Resort

サーフトリップで利用しました。 カイエスヴィラの時代に1度利用しましたが、当時より更に快適になっていました。 部屋は十二分な広さで清潔です。 トイレ、シャワーが外にあり雰囲気抜群です。 用を足した後に臭いが気にならないのは、外ならではです。 シャワーは温度、水圧とも問題ありません。 プールの温度もゆっくり入れる温かさで、快適でした。 朝食も美味しく、スタッフも最高です。 部屋に冷蔵庫があれば尚良いですが、無くともコンビニも近く最高に快適です。

Second stay here and rooms and staff remain great. Only negatives were that the car I had booked with the hotel for airport collection didn't turn up, and the kitchen in the hotel closed at 6pm so I couldn't get dinner by the time I arrived and had to go out in the rain to find somewhere else to eat, when I work pressures meant I didn't really have time for this.

Lombok is a muslim island, where Bali is Hindu. There is a mosque nearby and at 5am, you may hear the chanting on the loud speaker for 30 minutes. I slept through it fortunately, but bring earplugs just in case. The beaches within a 5 to 25 minute scooter ride are empty and beautiful with sea blue water. The roads are low traffic so you can rent a bike for $3 dollars a day at the hotel. Most beaches do have restaurants on it and with beach chairs. The large sports bar is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride. Kuta town is very small but it has a few decent places to eat. This hotel felt more like an adult theme hotel with many Australians. It's a very nice clean hotel, but the nearby Novatel may accommodate kids better with more activities, since it's right on the beach. The onsite restaurant and bar was very good. But for more action, you have to go to the sportsbar on the main road.
