Horrible, las instalaciones pésimas, viejas y sucias. Ningún tipo de cuidado, no limpian la habitación de forma diaria, no se enteran de lo que les pides, a las fotos me remito.

남자혼자라면 하루정도는 괜찮지만..

물이 찔찔나오는데 그나마 쇠샘새가 납니다. 개미가 기어다니구요 쿠타비치에서는 도보15분.마유비치는 차로 14분정도 셀롱블라낙은 35~40오르락 내리락 산길 포장도로 오토바이나 차로 가야하고 호텔앞에 오토바이대여나 승용차픽업서비스,투어사, 롬복공항드롭편도셔틀예약5~7만 루피아등이 있어 상당히 편하지만 불편하고 낡았어요 체크아웃도 안 했는데 남자직원이 아침 8시 30분을 큰소리로 문을 따려고 했습니다.

NICE STAY

Kuta Indah is a pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They can arrange tours and motor bike rentals. It has a nice dining area and plenty of parking space. The rooms are nice.

Det er tydeligt, at hotellet har stilet efter en super eksklusiv stil, hvilket har slået fejl. Værelserne er særligt i dårlig stand og rengøringen er ikke acceptabel. Dog var morgenmaden helt fin og poolen var også helt i orden. Fint til et par nætter og til prisen, hvis man ikke er sart

Great Staff, but facilities could use some love.

The Indah was a 2Star hotel, so the quality is what we expected. The staff was nice, but had very little information to help with tourism activities and transport. Rooms were clean, but the walls are VERY thin so you can hear everything. The breakfast was nice to have when you wake up, but it's nothing fancy. Pool is a nice spot to relax!

設備は老朽化してますが スタッフの対応も良く、快適に過ごせました。 スーペリアルームだったのに冷蔵庫がなかったのと WI-FIが部屋だけでなくロビーでも繋がらないのは残念でした。

Hotel viel wat tegen. Verouderd, erg stil, wat afgelegen. Menukaart relatief prijzig en bij gebruik creditcard wordt 3% extra in rekening gebracht. Niet netjes. Maar het zwembad was lekker en we hebben goed geslapen. Kuta heeft geweldige stranden en veel restaurantjes te bieden.

Hotel ok dans l'ensemble mais rien d'extraordinaire vu le prix. Chambre confortable spacieuse et silencieuse et hotel a l'écart du centre ville (10min a pieds)

Think Twice before booking

From the picture it looks nice, but the hotel conditions is very poor. Very poor maintenance by he management. Door faulty, light spoil and not change after few complaints, shower head jam where water drip out instead of flush out. Takes more than 10 minutes to get hot water from the shower, need to waste lots of water to get your temperature. Charging point damage and limited in the room. Poor wifi connections in the room. Only clean rooms and big toilets is the good point I can give to this hotel.

WARNING! Don't book this hotel 24 hours before

Got there at 19, they said that it was over booked. "That they have fixed another hotel". Got to the other hotel that said that they only got one small room (we were four people). Then the hotels started to blaim each other, and none wanted to solve the problem. After an hour did they get another room at "a cheaper" hotel that was under construction, the entrance was not builded, the room smelled paint/glue and the workers started to build at 08.00 in the morning.. Just bad

Fint poolområde. Vores værelse var ikke komfortabelt og badeværelset var meget beskidt og i dårlig stand. Personalet var venlige. Vi havde skønne dage i Kuta!

Il faut faire 50 minutes de scoot pour la plage de selon belanak pour êtres sur une belle plages en plus la route et en tres bonne état les autres direction c l'enfer. Abort de l'hôtel un peu sale Confort chambre correct avec clim qui fonctionne Piscine correct

posizione tranquilla

Appena arrivati volevano darci una camera che non era quella da noi prenotata con insistenza siamo riusciti ad avere la nostra .La colazione sempre uguale e non a buffet in quanto bassa stagione a dire loro.staff appena passabile e pulizia inesistente ovunque.La struttura datata sarebbe ancora attuale se non fosse lasciata a se stessa nonostante ci sia personale da vendere ma tutti intenti a fare gli affari loro e dormire. In compenso la stuttura si trova alla fine del paese in posizione tranquilla e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di kuta. Cosa molto importante da queste parti non si sente la moschea del mattino che parte alle 4,30. Piscina molto grande al centro di un bel giardino tropicale.
