There was only one parking space left when I arrived at night time. Driving to the hotel was difficult as it's in a city with narrow roads and lots of people walking around and riding bikes. The staff were polite and spoke English. My room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Train station is within walking distance and it takes about 26 min to get to Kyoto station.

何度でも泊まりたい

部屋もきれいでお風呂も広くて快適です。小さい子供のアメニティもご用意いただき子供も喜びリピートしたいです。コンビニが遠いのとレンジがないのが不便でしたがそれ以外は最高でした。お部屋の温度も快適で加湿空気清浄機もあり助かりました

いつも利用するボストンが満室だったため、駅から少し離れたエストピアを利用。ロビー、フロント対応、部屋、朝食とも文句なしでした。また利用させてもらいたいです。
