Nice room- poor breakfast

The room was spacious. The bed was very big and comfortable.There was, however, no A/C in the upstairs section of the family room so it was hot up there. The pool and pool side were very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast however was very poor and similar to one a basic guest house would offer. It was mainly salad items and sweaty cheese. Missing was a choice of breads and pastries. Eggs boiled only - no omelette. Cereal was the cheap type and the sausage the highly processed type.The toaster didn’t work and the coffee was bad.

Terrible- only 5 star item was the bed as it was super comfy. The views were amazing also. Reception area was very nice & staff were friendly. Went up to our room to find bathroom door would not close. There were a few lights in the room not working. The paint was in need of tlc. Shower was poor quality as it did not come out the shower head properly. Would not recommend with children or for a long period of time. - we were woken up by other guests shouting and laughing outside our door early hours of the morning. We complained to the front desk but unsure if they were spoken too. We only stayed for two nights but would not stay again.

Breathtaking views

This hotel is a little gem. Really easy going and quiet. Views from balconies are great. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Disappointing

Terrible drive into hotel. Building site and stray dogs. No sheets in bedroom. Mouldy leaking aircon. No cups etc either. Food very ordinary with no atmosphere in restaurant area. Very overpriced for the offering. On the positive Lovely young who were trying their best but too few of them. Great views but a long ugly walk to beach.

The pool was nice and rooms was clean enough. But there was some issues about the property: 1- Elevator: There are 3 floors and lots of steps to get there. No elevators; so you got to carry your luggage. Lack of elevator is an issue for this or any hotel! 2- Rooms needs maintenance. Bathroom at our room looks old and outdated, water was going out of shower to the bathroom floor. the towel hanger was broken and not much hanger in there. No trash bin in the room. Fridge was not cooling.

Dirty bathroom

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned there were fingers prints and fluid on the large chrome toilet buttons to flush toilet, shower head & glass were covered in water marks n dry wiped cloth marks. Shower became a swimming pool after 2-3 minutes flooded the floor. Towel holder was broken, glass door to bathroom was disgustingly dirty pen, marks & fingers prints all over, Towel rail was broken and left in a draw .thick dust on top of mirror & air con unit.. I did complain and offered another room however it was in the same condition as my room

Rooms - we had a family room and to be honest we couldn’t fault it. A few sockets hanging out the wall with wires showing was about the only negative. Very spacious rooms with great balconies and beds. Pool area- we were the only people around the pool most days, no music on, we ended up going to a nearby hotel for a better atmosphere. Food- breakfast is your typical Turkish breakfast with a small choice of meats/cheeses, bread and conserves. They also have 3 containers for hot food which most days contained eggs, and then varied between cheese pastry, Turkish sausages, chip, wedges, even spaghetti bolognese one morning?! We wanted to grab some lunch on our first day and upon asking the restaurant for food we were given a menu but everything we asked for we were told “sorry we don’t Have” so in the end we had to settle with a burger and a plate of chips as it was the only thing they had. Definitely not your typical lunch time pool snack bar that we’re used to. Very little English is spoke here as the majority of the guests seemed to be Turkish but it was enough to get by when we needed it.

Otelin her yeri dökülüyordu. Banyo mermer eşiği üç parçaya bölünmüştü, duşakabinin komple kapanmamasından kaynaklı sular lavabo bölümünün yerlerini ıslatıyordu, bahçe zemini erezyondan ötürü kaymak üzereydi ve doğal olarak tehlike oluşturuyordu. Yoksa çalışanlar gayet dostaneydi.

Un paio di notti, leggermente decentrato, 10 minuti a piedi dall'inizio di Kusadasi. Siamo arrivati a fine stagione e la colazione era un po' limitata dato i pochi ospiti presenti. I ragazzi della reception sono fantastici, disponibili e gentile. Bella la vista, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Vasat bir tatil deneyimi

Çok vasat bir otel , temizlik çarşaf ve havlu değişimi iki günde bir yapılıyor . Kahvaltı dahil paket aldık , aç kalmamak için kahvaltı yaptık son derece çeşit az ve kalitesiz ürünler sunuldu.Sabahları havuz etrafı hortumla yıkanıyor ve yıkanan suyun büyük bölümü devir daim ile tekrar havuza aktarılıyor havuz ise yoğun klorlu . Fatura talebimizi ise 10 gün önce kesilmiş denerek öteliyorlar . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum .

A fuir, sale et hygiène douteux

À fuir : hôtel en dégradation générale et hygiène douteux. À notre arrivée la chambre était sale, dans un état presque de délabrement (contour de la porte cassée presque tombante sur nos tête). Nous avons demandé à changer, la seconde chambre était sale aussi et une troisième chambre nous a été attribué, nous avons accepté par défaut et fatigue et il nous a été promis un nettoyage le lendemain. Nous avons demandé à rencontrer un responsable. Nous avons dû nettoyer avec des lingettes les différentes surfaces utiles. Plusieurs dysfonctionnements ont été constaté par le personnel également; fuite dans les toilettes, manque d'hygiène général dans la salle de bain aussi et cache climatisation manquant. Le petit-déjeuner était minimaliste pour un soi-disant 4 étoiles, les tables étaient poussièreuses. Dans la matinée nous avons réitéré notre demande à voir le responsable. Monsieur faisait son petit-déjeuner et n'était pas disponible. Vers midi nous avons redemandé à le rencontrer, celui-ci s'est dit disponible 10 minutes plus tard alors qu'il nous ait passé devant sans un bonjour. Nous avons donc attendu pour au final que l'on nous dise qu'il n'est finalement pas disponible, nous avons ré-exposé les problèmes rencontrés au personnel qui ont fait intervenir pour nettoyage de la chambre et réparation des toilettes. Finalement le responsable nous a demandé "ce qui pouvait constituer un si grand problème au point de demander à le rencontrer", sur ce nous avons donc quitter le bureau.

Gayet güzel bir iki gece geçirdik. İlk başta ufak bir sorun olsada hemen ilgilenip hallettiler. Havuza kirli yazmışlardı. Ama temizdi çok kalabalık olmuyor. Kafa dinlemelik bir otel. Kahvaltı ortalama. Tek eksisi tepede olması sahile ve merkeze yürüme mesafesinde değil. Ama manzara için değer.
