Great location great price

For a hotel at the lower end of the price range compared to other hotels in the area and coupled with dog friendly and the location was perfect to town it exceeded my expectations the room was was nice and tidy and a nice place to stay and sleep Would book again.

2 çocuğum ve eşim ile Kuşadası'nı gezmek için geldik 2 gece konakladık. merkeze yakın ve uygun fiyatlı olduğu için tercih ettik.Otelin merkeze yakın olması çok iyi ama aile ile kalmak için uygun değil.Çok fazla diğer müşterilerin sesi geldi sabahlara kadar içip gelen, balkonda sohbet edip oturanlar yüzünden çocuklar uyandı. Yoksa fiyatına göre iyi.Küçük çocuğu olanlara tavsiye etmiyorum

Sadece otopark sıkıntısı var. Kalınabilir

Karşılama,Güleryüz çok güzel biraz hijyen lazım ve biraz da modernize edilmesi gerekiyor ve en büyük sorunu kesinlikle otopark arabanızı koyacak yer bulmak işiniz çok zor şehir sokakları eski yerleşim olduğu için aşırı dar sokak aralarında dönme işi sıkıntılı o yüzden yerel halk hep Motorsiklet kullanıyor.

Hizmet mukemmel, cok guleryuzlu ve ihtiyaclarinizi hemen karsiliyorlar, bu fiyata karsiilik cok iyi bir hizmet, Ertan Bey cok guzel yonlendirmeler yapti, bu ayede cok guzel bir gece gecirdik. Yollar dar ve park yeri bulmak zor ancak ellerinden geldigince yardimci oldular, cozumsuz birakmadilar. Merkezin dibi, biraz yokus onu belirtmem gerek ama elden gelen bisrsey degil tabi :)

2 günlük gezi seyahatimiz için tercih ettik ve genel olarak memnun kaldık. Kuşadası merkezinde olduğu için sahile 15 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve merkezi rahat bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. Odanın küçük bir balkonu vardı. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. İşk geldiğimiz gün araba park etmek için yardımcı oldular ama ertesi gün sokaklar çok dar olduğu ve park yeri olmadığı için arabayı otoparka park etmek zorunda kaldık. Yine de bu konuda da yardımcı oldular. İşletme sahibi gayet iyi ınsanlardı. Kahvaltıdan memnun kaldık. Çok büyük bir beklentiniz yoksa konaklama için gayet sessiz, temiz ve ilgili bir yerdi.

Harika lokasyon, ilgili personel

Fiyat / performans oteli. Otelin sahibi beyfendi adım attığımız andan itibaren her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Üşenmedi, koşturdu, sabahın köründe kahvaltı yapamadan ayrılıyoruz diye yolluk hazırladı. Lokasyon harika. Port’un hemen üstü, 5 dakikada en hareketli yerdesiniz. Ara sokaklar, dar sokaklar denmiş ama bence gayet yeterli. Kuşadası özelinde önemli sorun olan otopark sorununu da çözdüler sağolsunlar. Kısaca, gecelik 400-500 dolarlık bütçeniz varsa daha iyi yerler bulursunuz ama bütçeniz sınırlı ya da bizim gibi bir gece uyuyup çıkacaksanız harika bir yer.

İşletmenin sahipleri çok kibar insanlar. Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Kahvaltının sunulduğu teras harika. Odalar temiz. Tuvalet lavabo temiz. Mahalle biraz tepede kalıyor ama sorun yaşamazsınız. Kadınlar denizine biraz uzak 3 km’ye yakın. Ama çarşı vs her yere 5 dk. Uygun fiyat. Tek yaşadığımız sorun insani temel ihtiyaç olan suyun paralı olmasıydı. Bir gazeteci olarak belki bu nezih insanlar için bir köşe yazısı yazarım… Uğurlar olsun.

Refund Request Due to Misleading Listing

Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am writing to raise a concern and request a refund for a recent booking made through your platform. We booked a property that was listed as a hotel, but upon arrival, we were surprised and disappointed to discover that it is in fact a guest house. This is a significant misrepresentation. When we checked the same property on other travel websites, it is correctly labeled as a guest house. Hotels.com should ensure that such fundamental details are accurately reflected in listings. We chose this property as part of our travel itinerary — our plan was to stay one night before traveling to Samos Island, then return after four days and stay another night before departure. However, due to the misleading nature of the listing, we decided not to stay at the property at all, including on our return. Additionally, the property looks nothing like the photos shown on your site. The description also claims that it is 100 meters from the port, but in reality, it is at least 300 meters away and located uphill — an inaccessible route for travelers with heavy luggage. While we understand that the reservation was made under a non-refundable rate, we believe that this case qualifies as an exception due to the inaccurate and misleading information provided. We respectfully request a full refund and ask that this listing be reviewed for accuracy to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
