The Manager/COO was not very understanding nor apologetic, which made us sad. Restaurant was delicious though! maybe just go for the food, but don't stay there?"

"Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it)."
