No toilet paper was available. 2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work. 3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked. 4. "Very precious property- badly maintained. Kids play area all broken- Pumpset motor is burnt, AC cooling effecct is very poor, Garden is full of bushes- not watered plants- overgrown bushes. dry leaves all around. The staff- Sundareswaran and Sounder are good- polite- humble. They tried to accomadate all our grievances- tried to solve the motor issue & AC cooling. But it is beyond their capacity."
