Wonderful Vacation House

We had the most amazing time. The house is in the perfect location to get beach in less than 5 minutes. The house is clean ,roomy and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The pool was absolutely wonderful on those very hot days. I definitely recommend this house and Itrip to take of your vacation rentals.

Amazing stay!

The house was great, located less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, we used them at least twice a day while we were there. The house was the perfect size for us and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Just a great house in a perfect location and we will definitely be back.

Very Enjoyable Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. We loved hanging out at the fire pit at night. The house is in a great location and the communication with the hosts was awesome. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Backyard Oasis

The best thing about this property is the outdoor living space! The pool and patio furniture make you feel as though you're on a mini resort. It's a short walk to the beach so you can enjoy the ocean and sand. The best of both worlds!

Great Pool for small family

We loved the house and the pool! It had everything we needed and then some. We loved that the shed had extra sand toys and pool toys. It was an easy and convenient commute to the local stores and restaurants. So relaxing!

Perfect

Everything was just perfect. Location is less than one block to the beach and at the same time a real alternative to the beach. The pool and outside area is new and we really enjoyed our time there. Can honestly recommend this place.

Love Carolina Beach

We loved tipsea toe. Wish we could have stayed longer. The pool and deck was beautiful, but this time of the year the water was too cold to venture into. We will definitely rent again.

Just Perfect

We are not fans of sand all day but we love the smell and activities of the beach. The pool let us cool off and enjoy sand less water and the house provided the perfect sorrounds with comfort and surprise amenities. We enjoyed it and will come again.

Beach paradise

My family and I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Carolina Beach, I can honestly say by far this has been our best experience. Not only did we have a private pool, but we had a shed full of beach toys, bicycles, grill, and lots of other fun stuff. The house also had plenty of beach towels to go around. The house was perfect, including everything that our family needed on our stay. Upon arrival check-in was very easy and my favorite part was the little notes throughout the house to remind us of things. That made our stay so much easier. I can’t wait to vacation here again, thanks for the best stay ever.

Beach getaway

The house was close to a lovely , uncrowded beach and a short drive to shopping for supplies. We especially loved the deck and pool area. Our first couple of days , it was very hot and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The house was well equipped and we appreciated all the beach stuff in the garage! One suggestion, as someone who grew up going to the beach every year, would be an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the house or pool. The hose helped but a shower would be awesome! Overall we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed Tipsea Toes!

Great little house

House was very clean and neat ..TV is awesome because of size and selection you have to choose from .. the pool and spa were clean and nice. .. it rained on Sunday in the morning but the covered porch and rocking chairs were nice to sit in and watch it.. kitchen is stocked well with plenty of room to sit .. it has a nice deck to sit and cook out.. however be aware you might see a palmetto bug or two but they are more scared of you than you are them as I found out ..these just come with the territory down at the beach so don’t let them scare you off they house is still very nice and clean.. the beach is close enough to walk to if you didn’t have four wheel drive to drive on the beach ..had a great time would rent it again ..

Great Set Up

The house was cute. The pool area was awesome. Really liked that they had everything you needed for a fun day at the beach. The bedrooms were small except master. The carpets appeared dirty. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, however there was very few glasses and mugs for 6 grown ups. The one big issue I had with the house is I had to call management to report that none of the windows locked and I didn’t feel safe. They did send someone over to fix that. But The rental agent was not very pleasant to deal with and made me dumb.

Great location but needs some work

This property has a pool and is walking distance to the beach. Beach was great and they have lots of beach gear to use! While the crew was very responsive to our requests, the pool was not maintained well with lots of dirt and sand in the pool until the pool was cleaned on Wednesday. We checked in on Sunday and the pool was dirty upon arrival. Several things stopped working while we were there (lights, washer, sliding glass door, wifi lock on main door). While these were fixed while we were there it was an inconvenience when you are on vacation. House needs some updating and upgrades and they should considering having the pool cleaned upon a new family checking in. Especially with COVID.

My family and I rented Tipsea Toes for our annual beach vacation. It was our first time staying at this particular house but our 5th year at Carolina/Kure Beach. My son attends UNCW so we all take the 12 hour drive to see him off and spend the week together. Tipsea Toes was the perfect house for us. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lovely living, dining room and kitchen. All towels and linens are provided which is very helpful.The backyard with the pool was one of the highlights of this cozy beach home. We would sit by the pool until later in the afternoon and then take the short walk to the beach. The location is close to 2 convenient stores (one in either direction about a mile from the house) as well as several restaurants and bars. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for those that prefer to cook rather than dining out. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. My family and I would most certainly return to Tipsea Toes.

Our family stayed at Tipsea Toes in late June/early July 2022. We chose the house because of the location and amenities provided. We were not disappointed! The beach is an easy 2 minute walk away. The beach was never too crowded and the shed in back of the house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available for use. When we were too lazy to walk to the beach, or just wanted a quick dip in the evenings, the private pool was perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and everything we needed was provided (laundry detergent, dish soap, pool & bath towels, etc.). Appliances seemed fairly new/updated. Though most of the dishes/glassware were plastic, we didn't mind since that made us worry less about breaking anything. It was very convenient having the washer/dryer and we put it to good use. Communication with the management team was mostly through texting. They were very quick to respond to any questions we texted (within a few minutes). Prior to the trip, they provided an email with plenty of recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. Check in was at 4pm, but we got a text that cleaning/inspection were completed early and that we could check in around 2:30pm. We were still traveling at that point, but it was nice of the management team to let us know. We've already recommended Tipsea Toes to friends/family and would not hesitate to stay again.

Okay place

Pro:The location is good, close to the beach. The place appeared to be clean. Cons: When we arrived it had rained so the driveway and front yard was flooded. We were told there was a “puddle” in the driveway. My friends and I had to go around back to get in through flooded yard or take of shoes and walk through flood. Was told nothing they can do about that. Second night the firepit didn’t work. Owner sent someone out day later and we were told the previous guests might have left it on. Nothing they could do about that. In the morning we were awakened by a beeping low battery fire alarm. That was obviously not checked before the next customer arrived either. Owner dropped off batteries in mailbox to fix that problem but in the meantime I had to use remote control batteries to temporarily silence it. No remote control at that point. Empty dryers sheet box left in bathroom (why not just throw it away) . There were signs notifying us about cockroaches being normal in that area but that was not cool seeing those giant things in the house, esp with girls. We were refunded 1 nights stay. Probably will not return.

Exceeded Expectations

This house exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. The location was ideal, close enough to the beach for a quick walk but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We will definitely be booking again!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect getaway! The deck area made for the ultimate relaxation spot, and the home itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living room was super cozy for movie nights. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the boardwalk. iTrip’s communication was excellent, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We highly recommend and would definitely come back!
