Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The room is nothing as it seems on line, smelled musty, mold on ceiling guest had mold allergy had to call allergist for RX, handles on appliances broke, ceiling fans loose and noisy, iron did not work etc!! Dirt or nest of some sort in dryer….. glass shower door fell in on guest….broken prior to entering….maintenance came left door there and just placed a shower curtain up….never came back….have hand written note as confirmation from maintenance worker would be back …….never came back for repair or follow up! Host Carolina Beach Realty…no communication..call phones on email confirmation NO ONE answered or returned messages…..the emergency line was out of order. We had to drive 20 minutes away to office to get answers.Received text from realtor room was ready could not access room for almost an hour after text….kept trying codeVrbo finally had to call and have host give access This place, communication etc was nothing that was shown/stated on the website !
