- 65 km north-east of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 300 m, public beach 2 km (with shallow, hard sand bottom), no boat.
One half of a two-storey semi-detached house, built in 2007.
Apartment´s downstairs kitchen- living room, bedroom 2 beds, washroom with WC, sauna (electric stove), terrace. Upstairs bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft 4 beds, WC. Stairs to the upper floor are quite steep and narrow. Child safety gates upstairs and downstairs.
