Kuning Waterfall Tours and Activities

We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort. Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

The room- not clean, rusty fittings. Dirty and stained carpet, Laminated floating floor in room lifting and past it’s used by date Dirty stained sheets on bed Dirty stained bath towels Shower has frosted glass that is part of the balcony- so person showering seen from any angle outside. Pool on rooftop poorly maintained, tiles broken around pool and definitely not as advertised, as well as the view definitely not as advertised. Restaurant and bar closed and had obvious damage.
