Nice, clean hotel with great service.
Overall it was a nice hotel and we would likely stay here again. However, we had booked a family room and were given options of 4 twin beds or 2 twin and bunk beds. We chose the option without bunk beds since we were 4 adults (2 couples). On check-in, we found out that they only have a bunkbed option - no 4 twin bed option for 4 adults. This was disappointing as we chose this hotel over another one because they had an option without bunk beds. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel, a comfortable and clean room, and the breakfast spread was very nice and had many options. The service from the staff was great at every point of contact.

Room was not so clean. No air conditioning so the room was hot as hell after 9am. 25 degrees outside. At 29degrees it is unbearable. Breakfast was the highlight. Staff quite helpful. Stay in weather under 25degrees. No bar fridge is annoying. European standards are much lower than the west.

Not very pleasant stay.
Very slow check-in, first room we got was not cleaned, had ordered top floor did not get it. Ventilation made lound banging noise throughout the stay. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Dear Fredrik, Thank you for leaving feedback to us. I can see that you stayed at our 7th floor, we only have 8 so we count it as a top leveled floor. I'm sorry that this wasn't clearly communicated. I'm also sorry for the noise, we got a few of this complaints and have investigate and solve this problem now.

Hotel containing everything but it is hard to find
The facilitates at the hotel was very good but getting to and from the hotel by other than car or taxi is very difficult and that could be improved a lot. And then the thing with not getting rooms cleaned could be inform more precis - I didn't know that I had to ask to get my room clean and get new towels

Customer Service is Horrible
Hotel states there is free parking but does not provide information verbally or in writing regarding a need for a permit. We ended up getting a parking ticket in the hotel parking lot. Went to the hotel front desk and they stated they could do nothing about it even though it is thier parking lot. Told them we were not aware of the need for the permit, they did not care. Called corporate customer service. They called the hotel and hotel stated there were signs everywhere about the parking in different languages. That is untrue. Very unwilling to fix problem. Had to pay $48.00 to park in thier free parking. Paying the parking ticket was no easy matter either. The room was okay, the customer service in all regards was horrible.

OK if other city hotels are booked up
Out of town hotel that sees bus tours and local workers spend a few nights. The buffet food was great, but overall let down by lack of daily housekeeping and some repair issues e.g. Iron was poor condition and unsafe, reported it but nothing done.

Value for money close to Stockholm
It`s a great place if you look for value for money with only a short commute to Stockholm. The surrounding area is not overly walking friendly even though there`s ample shopping opportunities nearby. Located south of Stockholm so not the best option if you fly in or out of Arlanda.

Scandic, Kungens Kurva; a good Hotel.
Room was very nice, bed comfortable, great breakfeast and friendly staff willing to help. Have Gym and sauna ready at most times of the day for free which was awesome! The room was not always cleaned fully, or seemed half-done. Local area not so attractive, with car it is ca. 20 min from city. In short, the Hotel itself was fantastic and of good quality. Also good fascilities to use.

Scandic at Kungens Kurva, a Hotel for you.
Hotel was great, furnitures nice and of good quality, nicely spaced out and arranged well. Breakfeast was very good and of good quality. Service was great. A mistake was made costing me a taxi-ride of 757 Sek; but when clarified with the Hotel they took responsibility and took the bill themselves.

The sheets and towels were not changed everyday. On the first night I could not buy anything from the hotel because I didn’t have Sweden currency and I asked to change it for me, they didn’t do it. Then I travelled to Germany and I asked for Taxi, the taxi charged me 772.00 crones, after that I found out the max charges should be 675.00 and these info from the airport info nobody else tell me that. There’s no ac or fan the room was so hot and there is no fan in the washroom.

And unfortunatly we cannot accept or change foreign currency. I do apologize for the heat in the room, we have bought enough fans in the meantime, should it ever be so warm again in Sweden. Hotel is clean and decent. Breakfast is good but the location is not very good. It’s ok for those not travelling for leisure. The check in lady charged us for the second person even though it was a twin room but since the booking didn’t say 2 people she wanted to take advantage of this. We paid since we didn’t have a choice.

NICE AND COZY WITH FREE CAR PARK. VERY CONVENIENT FOR EXHIBITION CENTER A LITTLE FAR FROM THE AIRPORT THOUGH. NICE LOCATION WITH SHOPPING MALL IN A WALKING DISTANCE. ALL BIG STORES. IKEA WAS ACROSS THE STREET THAT TOO WORLDS BIGGEST.

Lack of many standards!
Lack many essential stuff for a 3 - 3.5 stars hotel (as advertised). Room had no AC, no refrigerator, poor room cleaning by the staff, very bad noise-isolating (could hear people next room easily). All in one, would not recommend.

Dear Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately we do not have AC or fridges in the rooms, if you want you can borrow a fan from the front desk. If you have medicine that needs to be chilled you can always leave it in the fridge at the front desk. I´m sorry to hear that the cleaning wasn’t to your satisfaction, next time just lets us know so that we can make sore that our staff fallows our routines. We do not want you to stay in a room that you are dissatisfied whit for two weeks. Kind regards

Nice hotel, perfect for a family. We enjoyed going to sauna and swimming in the hotel after a day of skiing. A bit away from the city but it's within walking distance from the train station.

They had a large breakfast selection. European & American which was really nice. The room was good enough for our needs and clean. The front desk staff was rude, which I don't really see much of when traveling outside of the USA. I would stay here again though.
