"So this wouldn’t be such a low review if money hadn’t gone missing from my bag today. Maybe stupidly I left my handbag behind reception as my flight was late, I had English cash in the bag along with passports so again maybe my fault for leaving important things I wouldn’t want to lose. "The experience was great. The food is the best I’ve had at any hotel/resort. No sub bed wars, there’s always a sun bed available. The private boat to the private beach is safe and quick. The beach was clean, they had of course the all inclusive food and drinks. Entertainment is great at the hotel, the aqua park is fun, they have big slides, as well as the smaller ones for kids. The only thing I found annoying were the cats, but that’s obviously not their fault. 5 stars from me, you won’t be disappointed"

"We had a wonderful trip with my family. Food was delicious! Everything was fresh, they served lots of traditional Turkish dishes in addition to international cuisine, lots of fresh fruit and juices and adult beverages all day long. Was really touched how professional and kind were their staff. Everyone was very helpful, they went above and beyond to make it fun for everyone. Kids had a great time riding the slides in the waterpark. Their private beach was always clean, they have lifeguards on duty all day long. Lots of fun activities throughout the day. The only unpleasant thing was that a lot of guests smoked close to other people, but it is not the resorts fault. I would really love to bring my family to this fantastic place again."

"A Big Thank You to the Receptionist We would like to say a very big thank you to the kind gentleman with white hair at the reception of PRIVADO Hotels in Antalya. When our son needed medical attention, he went out of his way to help us. He kindly wrote a note in Turkish for us so that we could find the nearest hospital. This was extremely helpful, especially during a stressful moment when we were worried about our son. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot to our family. Even though we don’t know his name, we hope the hotel knows exactly who we mean — the wonderful white-haired gentleman at reception. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. We truly appreciate it and will never forget it."
