Nice stay for family and groups

Good place to stay with family. They have a delicious breakfast spread. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Swimming pool is also good. There is a water park next to the resort. The entry is from resort itself. Timings are 9:30 to 5 P.M. Resort guests are offered discount in price. Children play area is not maintained well.

No attendants at the parking or at the pool. The washrooms at the pool area were stinking. The staff is not courteous at the reception. They don't even smile at people. Though the property looks beautiful and the food was tasty, hospitality and customer service needs a lot of work.

Two things bothered me about it . I had reservations through booking . Com & Expedia . One of them was prepaid the other wasn’t . The man at the reception initially tried to get me pay for both . Because I was careful and asked how come I am bring charged again he apologized and instantly took out the right bill . Otherwise would have incurred a good loss ! That was close . 2. They kept the gym AC off until I asked them to but even then temperature was so hot !! I kept coming back to the lobby to tell them and lobby was so cool , I could feel the temperature difference . Yet they kept telling me gym ac is on . It was pretty miserable .

This property is midway between Udupi and the Mugambika temple. It is a hidden gem in an area that has no other proper facilities, especially for foreign tourists and businessmen. I was delightfully surprised to find a beautiful room and facilities that met international standards.

Lovely place

Stopped in for one night. Lovely place and well maintained. Great pool and top food. They have the usual Indian cuisine but seem to specialise in Asian food as well. Plenty choice at breakfast. Also very quiet so had a great nights sleep. Would recommend this hotel whole heartily

Motel not a hotel

Very bad staff that tried to double charge me inspire of my having booked and paid via Expedia; room was nice and big, but lacked basic aminities.... for example the fridge was not even electrically plugged in. The breakfast buffet was hardly anything and the food was barely edible. Not worth the $$
