"No attendants at the parking or at the pool. The washrooms at the pool area were stinking. The staff is not courteous at the reception. They don't even smile at people. Though the property looks beautiful and the food was tasty, hospitality and customer service needs a lot of work. "

"This is located little away from hustle of city. Quite and safe at same time. Rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities provided. Breakfast option though serves local and veg and sattvik is still very deliciois and pure. They provide evening snacks from 4 pm to 4.30 pm which is again local delicacies with tea is a delight for customer (complimentry) . This offering is rare and i have not seen any hotels providing it anywhere. These small efforts add lot value to the hotel. Staffs are all v courteous and service standards are very fast. Loved my 4 night stay here and i highly recommend this place. Krishna temple is also approx 2 km away from here which is another advantage. There are few near by temples too and kaapu beach is approx 10 km from here. Thank you for the hospitality. "
