Stayed with kids , The facility is nice : clean housekeeping is great, front desk ( redwan, Burhan and shamsuleddin) were awsome also were bellmen Mohamed , sameh and others ..
It is near everything , very close to sultan Abdul hamid II tomb. Between bazaar and blue mosque .. by the tram station. The only thing is the queen/king bed should be more comfier …the breakfast could have some improvement.. u might like it - we will say ok for breakfast 3.5/5
other than that I like it and I will be back …

excellent service and staff but wifi did not work in rooms and the fridge was not cold enough to keep food at proper food safety standards
