The hotel is just right next to the train station, it made to and from other cities very convenient. Staff are attentive and eager to help. Room is clean and has everything you need.

We had booked a king room non smoking which was big enough for our needs. We found this hotel extremely good. The staff on reception were very helpful. It is in an ideal position to explore the city with a tram stop close by. It has a free separate Men & Women Sauna & Bath for hotel guests which I found very clean when I used it. The breakfast area was spacious enough even when it was busy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cleaned and spacious room. My room could see Kumamoto Castle. Shopping mall right below and shopping street just opposite. Guest parking just across the street.

Great size of room, good location.

A hotel located at the heart of the town. When you walk in, you are greeted with warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Room is clean, fully equipped, well maintained facilities. View is excellent. And it is exceptionally quiet. We had a great night sleep with the mattress and pillows that are simply designed for human.

Very nice hotel in the area. Clean, service was great. Rooms are large enough. Bathroom was ok big enough for westerners as well. They do have public bath and also can arrange family bath in separate room without additional fee. 7-11 just next to the hotel. Very nice .

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, honestly one of the best we’ve ever slept on! We loved it so much that we’re even considering buying the same mattress when we get home. Having a washing machine in the room was also a huge bonus, especially during our long holiday in Japan. Close to Kumamoto castle, spacious room

I had a very enjoyable stay at Dormy Inn Natural Hot Springs. The location is excellent. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary ramen served in the evening, which was a nice and thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the hot springs facilities were a great way to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, friendliest staff I’ve encountered so far during my Japan trip. Thank you very much, will definitively come back to Kumamoto some day
