This newly built bungalow, completed in 2026, is an energy-efficient house featuring state-of-the-art technology and a lovingly designed interior. With 90 m² of space, the holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests and offers 2 bedrooms, an open-plan living kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 guest WC. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, workspace, 2 TVs, washing machine, underfloor heating, and a relaxation infrared cabin. The house is barrier-free with step-free access inside and out. Self check-in ensures flexible arrival. Families with small children benefit from a high chair, toys, books, and a nearby playground.



Relax outside on your private terrace with awning. The Schinderhannes cycle path runs directly through the village—ideal for cycling and hiking. Two bicycles are available for your use. The Rhine, Moselle, and Nahe regions are perfect for day trips.



On site, you have two parking spaces and a spacious garage. Public transport stops are within walking distance. Pets, smoking indoors, and events are not permitted. Please use electronic devices responsibly, report any damage or defects to your hosts, and switch off the infrared cabin after use. Before departure, empty the dishwasher and clean and put away used dishes. Fire extinguishers are located in the house and garage.



In the village, you’ll find a bakery and a clothing shop. In the neighboring village of Neuerkirch, there’s an organic farm shop with fresh products and a multi-generation field with a boules court. Simmern and Kastellaun (approx. 4 km) offer various shopping options, snack bars, and restaurants. Your hosts live on the property but not in the booked house.
