"A nice small and classic hotel in a nice location overlooking a lake that is close to town and the beach. The breakfast was excellent and the patio for drinks is lovely. Dinner was a bit overpriced for what it was but, all in, we would gladly return."

"We are normally very particular with the hotels we stay at but this area didn’t have a huge selection to choose from. The rooms weren’t anything fancy but they were clean and affordable and we were comfortable for our week stay here. Parking was convenient and daily breakfast was better than I expected with good food. The beds and bedding could be more comfortable because the sheets and pillow cover were a little stiff and noisy. The location was great and close enough for us to go for a run along the coast. We would stay here again if in the area. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. We came in very late and they made arrangements for us to get our room key quickly and without complications. The hotel is historic so it is not new but is well kept. The beach walk/ trail is fantastic with incredible views. Would recommend and would return. "
