"This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was shockingly poor. The staff were consistently unkind, inattentive, and completely unresponsive to even the simplest requests. Not once was I greeted warmly — instead, the employees always appeared irritated and uninterested in assisting guests.
The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the property. The breakfast was equally terrible — the quality and presentation were so poor that it was honestly unpleasant to even look at.
The reception area was constantly overcrowded, with long queues and only one staff member trying to handle all guests at once. The management clearly seems incapable of operating the hotel efficiently or understanding the basic meaning of hospitality and customer service.
What made the experience even worse was their complete lack of flexibility and professionalism. Even a simple request for a one-hour late check-out was refused without any willingness to help or accommodate.
Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment in every possible way. The staff appear poorly trained, the service is chaotic, and the atmosphere is unwelcoming. I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone."
