"Very friendly and helpful staff, simple and filling breakfast provided. Though a small hotel with a cafe, the room is cozy yet large enough for a whole family of 4-5 with all the amenities provided. Itโs near the train station and a large 7-11 with surrounding good food and walking distance to all the places of interest. Although thereโs no elevator, the staff had helped to bring up our luggage to the room as we explored Yufuin, since check in is after 4pm. Check out is very late though, till 5pm, hence itโs great for those who want to explore more or just make use of the onsen or lounge. Overall a very satisfying stay and highly recommended!"
