"I had a nice room with a balcony, which was showing the local kite tradition and was well equipped. I enjoyed the room. The bathroom was a little smelly when not running the exhaust fan."

"This stay was just one night. It was just ok, but you can expect more from a 4* property. Supposedly clean rooms, however when you look more thoroughly you'd see a lot of dirtiness (air con was plagued with fungus and full of dust, same goes with lamp tops in the rooms and bathroom). The worst experience, however, was the breakfast - not only the food was bad and cold, there was no butter at all, the tea from the machine squirted a dirty brown water instead of tea... The carpet in the breakfast...

"酒店位置比较偏，在城区外的山区，是个度假的好去处，周围环境不错！酒店看着很新，设计也不错。但是服务不敢恭维！ 假期出游开的新能源汽车，办入住时前台告诉我，酒店停车场的充电桩有些不好用，让我自己去逐个试试。结果是有3辆车占用了3个，其余的充电桩全都不能充电。没办法，只好第二天去城区找充电站充电。 房间里没有冰箱，凯悦旗下的度假酒店居然是这这样的硬件设施。 "
