    Strandstraße and yet quietly located in the rear wing of the newly built Villa Sanssouci.

    Though not large, the apartment is very comfortably—even luxuriously—furnished, so you’ll feel right at home.
    Older guests, in particular, love the wide box-spring bed with an adjustable slatted frame.
    From the comfort of your bed, you can watch TV, pop in a DVD, or listen to music.
    Roller shades can darken the windows when needed. Bookworms are sure to find something to their liking in the large bookshelf at
    . Those interested in art and culture will especially enjoy informative books about the region.
    CDs and DVDs provide additional entertainment.

    A cosy kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal.
    High-quality porcelain makes the food taste even better. The terrace is quiet and slightly
    shaded by large, old trees facing west. It doesn’t get too hot here in the summer,
    but in the evening, you can sit comfortably and sheltered on the terrace when you come home after a long
    day at the beach.

    The bathroom was completely modernised in 2020 with a walk-in shower and a large,
    fold-out mirror. The apartment was partially renovated in May 2025.
    You don’t need to bring a hair dryer or iron. Bright and
    welcoming, the entire apartment is very invitingly furnished.

    So come and enjoy not only the beach and the sea but also the cool
    (wooded area), the entire town with its culture (music, art), and its spa architecture.

    Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic spa-style villa and the newer building behind it.

    On the popular Strandstraße, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries offering fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.

    The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks to Kühlungsborn West.

    The central location on Strandstraße also offers a selection of bike rental shops in the immediate vicinity.

ACHTUNG, ES HANDELT SICH UM EINE EIN-RAUMWOHNUNG, BZW. STUDIO! ES IST KEIN 2-ZIMMER-APPARTMENT, DAS ERSTE FOTO MIT WOHNZIMMER UND BLAUEM SOFA GEHÖRT NICHT ZUR WOHNUNG. Es gibt nur ein Zimmer zur Terrasse hin in dem auch das Bett steht. Der Küchenbereich ist durch eine halbe Wand abgetrennt. Wir haben uns mit der Wohnungsvermietung auf eine anteilige Kostenerstattung geeinigt, da man uns keine andere Wohnung anbieten konnte... Alles in allem ist die Wohnung ok und gut ausgestattet, der Rest der Bilder zeigt die Wohnung, aber z.B. das Bett ist so fotografiert, dass man nicht sieht, dass es nicht in einem extra Schlafzimmer steht, sondern den größten Teil des "Wohnzimmers" einnimmt. Die W-Lan-Verbindung ist schwach und instabil, reicht nicht mal bis auf die Terrasse, meine Beschwerde beim angegebenen Service-Dienst per Mail blieb unbeantwortet, das es bei Ankunft gar nicht funktionierte, Anrufe endeten in einer Warteschleife. Am nächsten Tag lief es dann wie oben beschrieben, keine Ahnung, ob da jemand was dran gemacht hat oder es Zufall war... Im Kühlschrank gibt es tatsächlich kein Eisfach, ungewöhnlich bei der sonst eigentlich ganz schönen Küche...
