This holiday rental stands out for its location, size, and amenities. Located on the ground floor of the front building, Villa Seeadler, the 70 m² space features two spacious bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living room with access to an east-facing loggia overlooking Lindenpark, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room also features a cosy dining area, as well as a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a TV with a Blu-ray and DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.

The large master bedroom opens onto the terrace leading to the quiet courtyard. It features a double bed, a second TV, and a large closet with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a second closet. For the little ones, there is also a travel cot and a high chair.

A parking space is available, as is Wi-Fi. Bicycles can be stored in the communal basement. There is also a laundry room there, where a washing machine and dryer are available for Apartment No. 7.

Pets are always welcome.



Villa Seeadler and Haus Waldblick are located in a quiet, central spot between Lindenpark and the Kühlungsborn city forest. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the popular Strandstraße promenade or the beach. The Molli-Bahnhof-Ost station and the marina are also within easy reach. Thanks to the proximity to the city centre, you’ll find a wide variety of shopping options as well as cafés and restaurants; if needed, there’s a doctor’s office and a pharmacy just down the street.
