The 55 m² Upstalsboom 3-room holiday apartment is located in the Dünenschloss holiday complex in Kühlungsborn, in Building 2, unit kbds2-22, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Particularly noteworthy is its great location between the Baltic Sea beach, the promenade, and the city forest, as well as the apartment’s sunny balcony.

The location
The bright apartment is located on the top floor on the south side of Building 2 of the popular apartment complex in Kühlungsborn-West. Building 3 houses the complex’s own wellness area with a pool and saunas. The Dünenschloss boasts a unique location on Ostseeallee, right on the beach and along the promenade. The idyllic town forest is also just a few steps away—ideal for lovely walks! In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, cocktail bars, and cafés. The network of bike and hiking trails invites you to explore the Baltic Sea coast at your leisure.


Amenities This non-smoking apartment is fully tiled and features a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven.
In the combined living-dining area, you’ll find a double sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a mini hi-fi system. Thanks to the large windows and its exposed location in the attic, the apartment is particularly cosy and flooded with light. From the living-dining area, you have access to the sunny, south-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. There are two separate bedrooms; one with a double bed (2 x 0.80 x 2.00), and the other with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00). A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The bathroom features a sink, toilet, shower, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.

The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

In addition, a free parking space is available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.
