You can enjoy a panoramic view over the beach of Kuehlungsborn and Ostsee.Über the beach promenade can be reached in one minute to the beach and there are marvelous walks, swimming in the sea, or just relaxing in the prior Basket soul there. This jewel among the apartments in Kühlungsborn you can experience unforgettable sunsets on the loggia or admire the surfers on the Baltic Sea, on stormy days of your apartment. You will be fascinated by the charm of this luxury apartment and enjoy some carefree holidays. Accommodation leaves no wish open !! The 75 square meter apartment is furnished in Mediterranean style for 4 people. The cozy living room with sitting area, TV, DVD, stereo, dining table with 4 chairs and a modern kitchenette (4-ring ceramic hob with oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher u. S. W.) equipped. From here you enter the furnished balcony. Two pretty bedrooms are furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, safe and each with a TV. Furthermore, the apartment has two bathrooms (one with tub and toilet, one with walk-in shower, toilet and hairdryer) .Pro person you have a laundry package in initial available. Final cleaning included! WLAN available. Underground parking space (double parking max. 1. 80 m), two elevators, bicycle storage, washing machine and dryer fee are in the house. This apartment is a Non smoking apartment (on the loggia smoking is allowed, of course). Unfortunately, pets can not be brought. Welcome! Wifi optionally available

The house "sea view" (former Kurhaus of Kühlungsborn) was rebuilt in the year 2000 after the model of the old Kurhaus of Kühlungsborn and is located directly on the beach. The architecture of the house combines style elements from the turn of the century with modern and comfortable requirements of our time. Two glass elevators lead you through the huge, green, glass-covered atrium to your apartment.
 Our guests have a washing machine and a dryer for a fee. There is also a bicycle storage room. Some of the apartments have a balcony. Each apartment has an underground parking space. The property is located in the district cooling Born-West. Nearby dining and shopping in the vicinity. The stunning sandy beach is about 20 meters. The fresh rolls for breakfast you can get from the bakery / Conditorei directly on site or from one of the many bakeries in the area. Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Eine herrliche Auszeit

Wir waren zu zweit und haben eine herrliche Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hell und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Uferpromenade ist super. Auch das Gebäude als Ganzes ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Caffee mit hervorragenden Kuchen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Doppelparker in der Tiefgarage, vor allem wenn die Fahrzeuge größere Abmessungen haben. Insgesamt kann die Wohnung von uns für einen schönen Aufenthalt am Meer nur empfohlen werden.
