At the “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn, you’ll find family-friendly holiday apartments: This Upstalsboom 3-room apartment in Building 1, kbds1-28, has an area of 56 square metres and can accommodate up to 3 people. Your dog is also a welcome guest in this apartment. The apartment faces the sea, and in winter you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

The Location
The holiday rental faces north towards the sea and is located on the 2nd floor of Building 1, Entrance A.

The Amenities
The non-smoking apartment is high-quality and tastefully furnished and features two bedrooms with a double bed (2 x 80 m x 2.00 m) and a single bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m), respectively, as well as a couch in the living area, a bathroom with a spacious shower, and a small storage closet. The bright, open-concept apartment features a large window wall offering a view all the way to the sea when the trees along the waterfront lose their leaves during the winter months. The apartment features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave with convection function, as well as two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a stereo system, a collection of books, and a mini-safe. You can use the Wi-Fi for free.

Special Features
The holiday complex includes its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

In addition, a free parking space is available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.
