Vacation in a quiet apartment, yet only 300 m to the beach

The apartment is located in the basement of our family home and is designed for two people. It is ideal for enjoying peace and relaxation (road only used by residents). The beach and promenade area in Kühlungsborn-West and the town center can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Shops and restaurants are nearby.
The apartment was completely reconstructed in 2016 and modernly furnished. A separate entrance leads guests into a spacious hallway from which a living room, bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom can be reached. The apartment is fully equipped and has u. a. via satellite TV, stereo, WiFi and telephone connection. As guests, you have your own seating area on the beautiful garden pond and your own parking space on the property. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided as initial equipment.

Eine schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen, nette Vermieter, in der Strandnähe, ruhige Lage, aber man ist auch schnell im Geschehen (Kühlungsborn-Ost). Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.
