The 40 m² “Parkblick 26” holiday apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and offers a modern atmosphere for up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Parkblick and features high-quality furnishings as well as a stunning balcony overlooking Lindenpark.

The stylishly furnished living room features a cosy sleeper sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area when needed. Here, you can enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV or have your meals in the dining area.

The open kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill function, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle—ideal for self-catering.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and another TV.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a sink, and a toilet.

A particular highlight is the east-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent view of Lindenpark. Here you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast or wind down the day with a glass of wine.

The apartment also includes a free parking space right next to the building and a lockable bike storage room. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The location is ideal: the beach is just 650 metres away, as is the popular “Strandstraße” promenade with its shops, restaurants, and cafés.



Villa Parkblick is situated in a quiet, central location between Lindenpark and the Kühlungsborn city forest. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the popular Strandstraße promenade or the beach. The Molli-Bahnhof-Ost station and the marina are also within easy reach. Thanks to its proximity to the city centre, you’ll find a wide variety of shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants; if needed, there’s a doctor’s office and a pharmacy right down the street.
