We did not get the room we paid for, as when we arrived they said there were no more of those rooms left. The staff was very nice. The smell of smoke was pretty bad throughout the entire building, even in areas that were supposed to be nonsmoking. A coffee maker in the room would have been great! It was quite cold in the hotel. It felt like the doors were wide open when it was 40 degrees outside. They were not- but there was no heat. Ridiculous that you had to wear a coat inside.
