"The stay at the Udaya hotel by far exceeded our expectations. It is so beautiful. The staff were so lovely and kind to us. They always made sure we had everything we needed, if we did need anything we would message on WhatsApp. The room we stayed at was the Ceroring. It was incredible. Private pool. They cleaned it twice even if we didn’t need it. They always topped up our water bottles in the bathroom, tea area and mini fridge. The food was incredible. Free breakfast was delicious. We had a couples massage that included a facial, flower bath and food. It was a very decent price for an experience that will last a life time. We had one tour with our driver Deegus. We highly recommend him to be your driver. He was so informative and he also became our guide through the whole experience. The monkey forest was our favourite spot, and it wouldn’t have been the same experience without Deegus. They also had a full moon dinner that had dancers as well; which was a really cool experience. They even invited us up there to dance with them. Another highlight of this place is the free shuttle to town. The Ubud palace is there, tons of markets and places to eat! It was a very a relaxing trip. Very quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will be returning on our next trip to Bali."

"A really good stay! Room was delightful (i was in 301 - i think probably the best pool... truly fantastic!). Breakfast was good - for the price of the room, i think fresh juice should be included (as it is in other 5 star hotels). The range of options was good. Having to pay for water at breakfast also was not great. This should be included. Turn down service was provided upon request. I would come back, but given other 5 star stays I have had in Bali, i would choose those options first. Not having to ask/request services is top of that reasoning."

"Visesa is a gorgeous, well-kept resort with very attentive staff. Our pool villa was stunning! The photos online do not convey how beautiful they are. We loved the food, especially their buffet breakfast - my husband and I really enjoyed sampling the Balinese & Indian options as well. Our kids were obsessed with the cultural entertainment provided at dinner and begged to eat at the resort every night. The resort is not within walking distance to the centre of Ubud, which we didn’t not mind at all as the free shuttle in & out makes it very easy. We will definitely be returning to Visesa"
