入住時櫃檯說沒有我們的訂單，時間已經是晚上，大家很疲憊，等了很久櫃檯沒辦法幫我們，因為網路也不是很好，我們輾轉請客服幫忙，後來順利進房，但這整個過程不是很好，明顯是訂房作業上有問題，如果當時沒有我們的訂單又都沒有空房，那我們真不知道該如何是好。

Séjour pour une nuit pour prendre le bateau vers Tioman. C'est très pratique. Le personnel est très charmant mais clairement le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon comparativement au reste de la Malaisie mais si vous devez prendre le bateau tôt le matin ça va pour une nuit.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel propre et correct avant de prendre le ferry pour Tioman (terminal à 5 mn). Pratique et bon rapport qualité / prix. Petit dejeuner moyen.

Hotel is ok for short stay. Nothing special.

Limited parking space. Check in and out is easy. Need to climb stairs to 3rd floor hotel room. Room not so clean, there is dead cockroach in front of hotel room. Aircond not so cool. Hot water and kettle work fine. Hotel room size is just nice. Bed is comfortable. Swimming pool is small but ok and clean. During my visit in school holiday period, room price is cheaper if buy directly from the hotel compared to using hotel.com.

Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et le check in s'est très bien passé. La chambre était grande et bien rangée. Cependant la propreté laisse à désirer notamment dans la salle de bain. Cet hotel est pratique pour une étape mais pas plus.

If this was your only option you'd sleep outdoors

When you travel a bit, you’ll occasionally find a place to stay that is truly memorable – for either good or bad reasons. The Hotel Seri Malaysia was one of those places – but for all the wrong reasons. If you have a look at our reviews, you’ll see that we’re pretty equitable – so when we say that this place is a DUMP you’ll understand that it must be pretty rough. And it is. Forget the photos on the website – this place is old, tired and almost unbelievably dirty. We walked into the room given to us, saw the literally years of grime and filth on the furnishings, the dirty bathroom and turned straight back around. Fortunately there’s a new alternative in town – the Hotel Jeti – check out our review on that one and give the Seri Malaysia a huge miss!

Acceptable, good location

We stayed one night, to take ferry next day to Tioman. Location is good. Bus-stop from/to Kuala Lumpur is right outside hotel. To the jetty it is about 10 minutes slow walking. Around jetty, there are also some eateries. Overall impression: somewhat neglected. Room: spacious. No safe, no fridge Bathroom: Needed cleaning. Pubic hair on toilet. Towels had grey color. Breakfast: acceptable (some Asian food (no cards with name or ingredients), baked beans, toast, jam). Staff friemdly, check-in smooth, wifi working. With some cleaning up, this could be a much more attractive hotel. Would I stay there again? Possibly, since I didn't see anything better.

Location Near The Jetty

Overall a really old hotel that needs major touch up. Not for the location I wouldn't advise to stayover. More like a hostel than to a hotel.
