Great location but a bit over priced

Very convenient location, next to the shopping mall. Room is big n comfy but getting a bit old. Breakfast is good w lots of variety. Staff is helpful and polite. However I still find it's over priced

A Robbery Experience

Already paid for two rooms via hotels.com The hotel staffs just debited my credit card without my permission as they did not receive the confirmation from hotels.com and they did not bother to follow up with hotels.com despite that I have presented all the proof I can provide. Still waiting for a reply from the hotel for a refund.

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our stay at The Gardens! We had a short stay in the hotel section and a longer stay in the Residences and are a family of 4. The 2 bedroom apartment was just perfect for us - wonderful balcony, great views, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good choice of pillows, lovely bathrooms and the BEST SHOWER EVER! The breakfast was great - good range and a lovely restaurant space. Our kids especially loved the sushi and dumplings and we loved the dahl and roti made to order. The staff couldn't have been better and easily accommodated our requests. The area was perfect - so many food options in the attached shopping areas and a really nice general area. Perfect!

During check in was told by receptionist no reservations made despite payment already collected by Hotels.com. Staff was rather impolite with tone of voice in handling the matter. Room was extremely small unlike what was shown in photo during check in. Saving grace was thrir buffet spead & convenient location of the hotel to mall. But getting in & out of the hotel was a nightmare. Took 45mins just to exit the hotel on Sunday 3pm by car. Monorail or train isn't an option for this hotel.

The room is very cosy & comfortable. The hotel is located next to the big shopping mall with many restaurants, popular retail shops & supermarket. However the traffic conditions nearby is very busy and quite away from local place of interests.

Business Stay

I have stayed in Garden many times. Service has improved a lot over time. Location is the main plus point as it is connected to Garden and Mid Valley Mall. Room is clean, modern with a nice toilet having both shower and bath tub. For this trip they upgraded my room to executive floor which I am able to access to lounge. When you made booking through hotel.com or 3rd party sites these rarely happen.

Hotel with friendly staff

Thw hotel was amazing, good location, connected bridge for guests to walk over to Mid-Velly shopping mall. As for the hotel rooms, good bedrooms, comfortable beds and good city views. Good staff who are friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the counter staff approached us with a big smile on his face, it made us feel welcomed.
