Good location, if your looking for a cheap place for a few nights then it's good, wouldn't stay a month or so here . Wifi doesn't work very well. Pool is nice

Loved it! I stayed in the hostel part and it was so clean! Had a balcony and amazing view and great pool but too cold for me. Location was amazing and the dorms was in such a fancy hotel so it was great!

I was lucky enough to have a whole room for my self. Room is really nice, view is amazing, there is 2 shops, restaurant and cafe in the building. In a good location near Petronas tower.

Right in the heart.

Perfectly situated right in the heart of KL. access to everything withibg minutes, buses, subway etc. The room was perfect for a hostel, and the WiFi was brilliant. Overall great value. KL amazing city, amazing people, will definitely visit again.

Smelly toilet

i toilet absolutely stunk and I was in a dorm alone... that defeats the purpose of staying in a dorm. This should not be advertised as a hostel it is definitely a hotel with one or two rooms with bunk beds. Would not stay here again and would recommend friends don't either.

Was my first time visiting KL and was recommended by a friend to stay at this hostel. In overall, the location is great. As it's almost in the heart of KL. The hostel itself is pretty nice.

I booked my hostel for 2 nights. I came on sat afternoon around 5pm and would like to check in. The staff reception said the system was down and asked me to wait 30 mins. I'm ok with it. After 30 mins, I came back to reception and asked for checked in, then he gave me one of the room in tower A. I went there and surprised, there were 6 bunk beds, 3 occupied and 3 empty. One of the guest told me that those 3 hadnt been cleaned yet. I came back to the reception and was served by the other reception staff (arab mixed malay). He didnt seem happy when I complained to him. Then he gave me another room in tower B. 1st the lift access card didnt work, then I came back. 2nd the door key also didnt work, then I came back again. Everytime I came back, He didnt seem so happy and looks grumpy. Not even say apologise or give explanation. 2nd day my door key also didnt work again, and unlucky

location was perfect , the pool was nice , the only bad thing i faced was on the first day when they didnt check properly and told me that i cancelled my reservation while mine was already paid via hotels,com , they kept me waiting for almost one hour to finally tell me that : ITS THE SYSTEM FAULT CAUSE ITS SLOW , otherwise the room was tidy and i enjoyed my stay
