Nice room but need serious cleaning & Maintainance

The room decor is quite decent, but the air-conditioning needs servicing. Temperature set to 16 but failed to cool the room even left on until next day. Cheap pillow (not comfortable), bedsheet got some stained on it, towel smells like it been left there for quite some time, and the cleaner forgot to remove used soap with some hair on it. Very disgusting!

Great place very cozy and comfortable. The room is small but enough for 2 people to move around, I love the massage chair great experience However, it need little improvement for air conditioning Saudi Arabia

Reasonably new hotel. Location is alright and it was easy to find parking. Room size was alright and interior looked pretty good. However, room was not very clean, bed sheets were stained. Service was not good. We were two persons but they only gave 1 room key. Had booked two nights but after 1 night the key stopped working and had to go back to reception. Shower heater was lousy. It was noisy. No hand soap in the bathroom. No water boiler in room.

The best: 1. Receptionist is very friendly 2. Room is nice and new - even the fridge never been used 3. Big lobby and lots of chairs. 4. Near to putrajaya and IOI 5. Wifi is OK The not so good: 1. Parking is limited - quite far to walk. 2. Area is not yet fully develop - not so many shops open around 3. Data line Digi is not so good

everthing was good but only lit issue some like floor toilet n room lit bit slippering and no soap at all iron provide but no iron board ...no kettle for us... door toilet really seksi...hahahaha not good for us...so far okey after that tell reception parking bit dispointed

staff at reception is okay. toilet very clean but their soap gel leaking to the floor. no window for viewing. this hotel near to IOI city mall putrajaya. easy route to go there from hotel with a car. around the area got convenience store and a restaurant and surrounding is quite at night. if you have a plan or work to do at putrajaya, this hotel suit for you. if for honeymoon i do not recommended. parking lot in front of hotel, basement are provided. there are guard on duty at night. no worries about safety of your vehicle. price is affordable. overall is okay for me.
