The building looks a bit run down especially Tower 2. Aircon was not really cold. Beds were rather hard and pillows too soft.

I entered this suite to discover filthy conditions. Crumbs all over the sofa. Random dirty water on the floor in multiple places. Bedsheets that looked like they were slept in five minutes ago. When I informed the homestay reps about this, they sent over a housekeeper who maintained a cold sullen resentful expression the entire time she was there. She merely swept the sofa crumbs onto the floor, and did nothing about the bedsheets. I requested to cancel but, while the homestay reps acknowledged the photo evidence I sent, they ultimately did nothing other than offer hollow excuses. I contacted Expedia and received compensation for this horrific experience. Unless you're fond of wallowing in filth, avoid this homestay.
