I made the mistake not reading the reviews first. I was fooled by the rooftop pool and the misleading pictures. The pictures showed modern looking rooms, our room was very dated. The rug must have been 20 years old and it showed. The furniture was old but useable. The carpets made us feel dirty. The bathroom had grime on the seals. The electrics need to be checked. I reported the lamp having a pin missing in the plug, he just put it back into the wall socket. Check in was easy even though there is no reception. Someone met us in the foyer of the hotel which joins the apartment. No room service unless requested. I got told off for leaving a sealed bag of rubbish outside the door and asked where does any hotel do that, ( every hotel I have ever stayed at ), he was angry because he got fined by the hotel. Location is perfect, the pictures of the shopping mall, pools, gym etc all take away the focus on the property. This is misleading. The few pictures of the property show a modern look which we did not get. The pictures show what it is really like

Terrible service Had to wait for hours while reception tried to work out where sky apartments were There was no coffee making things and the towels they provided had a hole big enough to fit my head

When l arrived the bottom of the iron was covered with burn clothing stains, the electric kettle also had lot of stains (the keeper did buy new appliances and replaced). My bookings 72885445921600 & 72887433870248 (2 nights), check-in on Friday and on Sunday morning at about 1.30am the air-con had loud squeaking sound, l woke up, off it and a while later on it again, it seems ok, l went to sleep again and at 2.35am the squeaking sound started again, l woke up off the air-con and re-start again a while later but this time the squeaking sound remained. l am forced to off the air-con and at 3am l woke up, washed and changed because the room was getting stuffy and hot (all windows are sealed), l

Did not like how the staff responded to the mistake made during the checkin and how the staff actually replied back and call me stupid in respond to the checkin review. Extremely unprofessional. I believe it is just this one particular staff with bad attitude. Other than that the stay was alright.

Excellent location

Great area to stay. Close to shopping, monorail, electronic sales and other places. Shopping centre has many eating areas and varied prices from very cheap to reasonable prices. The monorail gets you to Sentral train station and from there you can travel just about anywhere in KL. Sentral station also has an express to the airport. Easy to use even for people like us who do not use public transport. Kualar Lumpur is a great place to break a long trip from Australia to Europe or returning to Australia. It ie great staying between 3 and 4 days before heading off.

Soluzione economica in posizione strategica.

We needed to stay for one night in Kuala Lumpur to, to be sure to get the Emirates flight back to Italy the day after, so we chose this cheap solution. The apartment is not very big and of medium quality, but its location is perfect, since it is located in Time Sqare tower B, which is one of the most famous mall in Kuala Lumpur. The sky train station is here and Wi-fi work perfect. Breakfast is not included, but there are every food solution at the ground floor. Avevamo la necessità di soggiornare per una notte a Kuala Lumpur per essere sicuri di prondere il volo Emirates di ritorno in Italia il giorno dopo e abbiamo scelto questa soluzione economica. L'appartamento non è grandissimo e di media qualità, ma la sua ubicazione è perfetta, visto che si trova nella torre B di Time Sqare, ovvero uno dei mall più famosi di Kuala Lumpur. La stazione dello SKY Train è davanti e il Wifi funzionava a perferzione. Non è compresa la colazione, ma al piano terra si trova ogni soluzione alimentare.

Excellent value for money

The location was great - right on top of a nice mall with lots of food options and easy access to monorail. The apartment was spacious and quiet, but slightly dated - safe was not working and TV was a little small. Also, this is not a hotel, so check-in/out were different, and little conveniences of a hotel were missing - like no hand towels, hand soap and coffee, and no help with luggage. Bed was a little too firm. BUT you get a lot of room and a nice view from high up. Overall - excellent value for money!

Advarsel! Dette er et forfærdeligt sted.

Dette "hotel" er absolut rædselsfuldt. Vi fandt det via Hotels.com mobile app og regnede med at vi ville checke ind på et 4 stjernet hotel. I stedet viste det sig at det blot er en lejlighed drevet af en agent, der mener at værelserne er 4 stjernede fordi der i samme bygning findes et 4 stjernet hotel. Intet kunne være længere væk fra sandheden. Allerede da vi ankom begyndte vi at undre os over stedet. Der findes ingen lobby til hotellet. I stedet blev der ringet efter en mand der bragte os op på et værelse der var indrettet som kontor, rengøringsrum og lager. Her skulle vi betale hele 200 ringit i depositium, hvorefter vi kom over til vores værelse. Værelset var gammelt og der stank indelukket og muggent. der var tydelige spor efter skimmelsvamp på badeværelset og malingen hang i flager ned fra loftet på badeværelset. Der var skader på fliserne og tydelige sorte aflejringer på fliser omkring badekarret. Inde på selve værelset kunne man høre en kompressor der skiftevis tændte og slukkede. Den var muligvis til airconditioningen. Den larmede så meget at det ville blive umuligt at sove. Sengen var ældgammel og fjedrene var fuldstændigt i stykker, så man sank ned på midten når man lagde sig i den. Vi troede i det mindste at sengetøjet var rent, men da min kæreste stod op havde hun tydelige røde kløende mærker på maven. Vi havde bestilt to overnatninger, vi klagede efter første nat, men fik intet ud af det. Bagefter fandt vi et andet hotel. Gå LANGT uden om dette "hotel".

フロントが無い分、従業員が必死に働いてるホテル

まず、フロントがないことに焦ります。ここでいいのかな？と、戸惑いながら、警備員さんに確認します。すると部屋のオーナーが現れ、チェックインの手続きから部屋の案内までしてくれました。チェックアウトの際はオーナーにLINEで連絡を取り、デポジットを受け取って完了。感想としては、オーナーさん含め、従業員が一生懸命働いているホテルだなあ、と思いました。KLの5つ星ホテルを何軒か利用したことがありますが、見栄えが良くて英語が流暢なだけであんまり大したサービスを受けられないし、どこもちょくちょく問題が発生し、その際の対応も非常にずさんでした。KLのホテルってこんな感じなのかな？と思っていた中で、半分以下の価格で宿泊が出来、従業員も問題に対し一生懸命に対応してくれて、Wifiも無料でそれなりの速度（3.6M)があり、部屋も清潔でInbi駅直近のタイムズスクエア内に部屋があるという、そんな良いホテルと巡り合えて、ちょっとKLの印象も変わりました（笑）フロントがないという点に大きな不安を感じなければぜひオススメしたいホテルです。
