Erfect location and helpful staff

Great location. Central. Reliable, friendly and helpful staff. Decent pool and nice gym. Nice comfortable beds. Good amount of kitchen utensils, pots, iron and board. Will return here for certain.

Another great visit, friendly and helpful staff

Excellent pre-check-in communication by Hisham. Very very responsive / friendly / helpful / accomodating check in and post check in communication too. Washing machine door was broken so we were kindly offered a free laundry service to make up for this. This is 2nd time we have stayed here this year, and always the staff have been very helpful and have made things run smothly forcour family of 4.

When I booked, I was under the impression that I was going to be the sole occupier of a one bed roomed suite/flat. But, the property contacted me, when I was on my way to check-in, to inform me that if I knew it was going to be a shared property. I felt let down immediately. However, I stayed in this 2/3 bedroom property because I was not sure if I refused whether I would incur any cancellation charges. The cleanliness of the property was not good either.

Needs a clean and repair work

Staff were very helpful and organised with checkin, but unfortunately the unit was in major need of both an update (peeling wall paper, towel racks broken etc) and a thorough clean (splatter marks on kitchen walls, dust and grime in corners and along skirting). Location was convenient.

Dirty, Unprofessional, Ant & Fruit Fly Infestation

Upon arrival to the property, the check-in process was lengthy. There was one man in charge of checking us in and he was not responsive. The check-in details state to have security call him for check-in however when security was approached about this, they presented confused as to what I was asking them for and grabbed my phone out of my hand to read the “hotel” listing for themself. The man who checked us never responded to our calls/ messages via WeChat. 50min later, he came walking out of the elevator and introduced himself stating he had been in the elevator which is why he did not respond to calls/ messages. Turns out he was lazy and waiting for a second guest to arrive who was checking in to the same floor as us so that he wouldn’t need to make two trips up and down the elevators. When we were shown our room, the place was filled with fruit flies and ants. The shower, toilet and sink were infested with them and the bedroom window was left open. There is no AC in the common areas and it was a usual muggy/ humid day in Malaysia. Ants ravaged the kitchen area, crawling on the countertops and sink. The “toiletries” provided with our stay: hand soap. Nothing else. Only one key is provided regardless of how many people are in your party. Because the common areas are shared, no one can remain inside unless they want to be kicked inside the bedrm. You require a key to leave the bedroom inside.Ido not recommend this property to anyone who cares about cleanliness and comfort.

Appartamento molto carino con una bella vista della torre di KL, al 55 piano. Camere spaziose 2 bagni funzionali comoda ed attrezzata cucina. Grazioso e funzionale anche l'arredamento. Molto comoda anche la sua posizione praticamente in centro. Unica pecca la scarsa pulizia delle parti comuni corridoi, ascensori ed ingresso, dovuto anche all'alto numero dei clienti. Nel complesso è da considerarsi un'ottima soluzione di alloggio se si vuole visitare Kuala Lumpur a prezzi economici.

절대로 추천하고 싶지 않은 장소임. 수건 및 어떠한 것도 제공되지 않거나 바뀌주지 않음. 건넌방에 묵는 사람 잘못 만나면 잠도 자는것 포기해야함. 내가 왜 이런 곳을 예약해서 여행을 망쳤는지 모르겠음.

The location was excellent, the room was clean, the view of KL Tower from the bedroom window was great, the food joints and shopping areas were ample, and the owner was friendly. There was even facilities for washing, ironing and cooking. Only downside is there was no daily housekeeping service.
