The property manager Lisa was extremely helpful on my week long stay, she was very accommodating to our needs. The view and facilities were amazing, I would stay there again. For the price point it is good value accommodation.

Met by Lisa who showed me to my apartment and took my deposit. Explained the apartment and I had three happy nights here. Very well placed in central KL. Great balcony too.

Location, view from patio, In suite laundry, hotel pool - amazing. Lisa - friendly and helpful. Unit itself could use some TLC (wire to hang towel in bathroom, broken desk & closet doors) and there are bugs. Minimal issues but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Lisa is such a helpful host & always replies quickly. The room has everything you need, full kitchen, laundry, & a balcony which is rare for the city. Great location to walk around Bukit Bintang. I will sure return. Thank you Lisa I really enjoyed my 5 day stay

Great Value

This is a great value apartment with incredible views of the new tower (2nd tallest in world) and at first glance looks amazing. However, it's a bit grubby and tired but bear in mind you get the Ramada Hotel facilities of gym, infinity pool etc at a bargain price. Really good location for exploring but bring ear plugs as there are clubs and bars below that go on into the small hours - we were there Thursday to Sunday and it was noisy every night!

Property was located in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. Overall, liked the property and would still stay for short period only..

Location is excellent, overlooking Changkat, Clean , comfortable,Cooker - Full size fridge , washing machine , balcony .Having access to Ramada facilities without paying Ramada prices. Lisa was very helpful. Only negatives is that cupboards were a bit old, but that doesn't matter. I will certainly stay here again.

Not what we expected

I was unaware when I booked this accommodation that it was a privately owned apartment in the Ramada Hotel building. While the location suited us, the apartment is tired. The TV has no reception so you can only watch U Tube, the modem light flashes all night as the wardrobe doors won't close, the bathroom cabinet door doesn't close, the pictures on the wall are crooked - they match the standard lamp! The space is cramped: 2 double beds together with a table and 3 chairs up against the wall beside one bed. There was no hot water for showers yesterday and again that evening, and the cold water is very cold. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable and there are power points close by. There is a fridge, washing machine and kettle but no microwave. The aircon works well. Lisa, the main contact, is a gem. She helped us arrange very early morning transport to the airport and was always available to assist if required. Would we stay again? No, for the same price there are plenty of better alternatives.

Location was great if you’re looking to stay in the Bukit Bintang area, however, the room was lacking in some areas. - The shower head was zip tied to the post in shower so would move and spray you when first turn it on and continue to move around as you shower. - There are tiny little bugs - like little ants - in the bathroom. They would get into your hygiene bags but were not harmful as far as I can tell. - The washer/dryer combo in the unit is TERRIBLE. It washed fine, but did not dry at all even after staying awake to run it through 3 drying cycles. We had to lay out clothes to try and get them to dry. It made them warm, but still very wet. Had to put clothes back in suitcase wet in a bag because of this. No warning or advice that dryer does not work. - The property manager demands a cash deposit upon arrival and then you have to message them to coordinate getting your deposit back. - Bathroom towel had a stain on it. Not pleasant experience. - It’s LOUD until approximately 3 AM when the bars close down so prepare yourself for that. All in all, it was a cheap room. If it was more expensive than that, this would all be very upsetting. Was okay enough for a quick, short stay in KL.
