Awful place never stay
Never stay here i’ve seen prisons cleaner and and staff were incredibly rude and hotels.com didn’t give us any help with a refund, place looks nothing like the photos and we came back to a room stinking of cigarettes after we went out because the staff were smoking right outside of our room with the window open

Dear Guest, we are really apologies that you are unhappy with our service but about your complain the room is not like what have in photo that is not true. secondly if you get any problem then you should have to inform to the front desk when they are unable to solve your problem then you can call to hotel.com and complain about our service but i show that you just check out and after that hotel.com call and inform about your issues. but what ever we apologies. becoz when you happy we feel more happy thank you for your feedback

The room was dusty. The bedsheet isnt clean as it supposed to be. The floor was sticky. Bathroom was okay. Aircondition n fan functioning well. Should improve the cleanliness.

ホテルの女性スタッフの対応は悪くなかったが、部屋は最悪。値段も安いのでので仕様がないかも知れないが、エアコンは壊れたままで使えないし、シーリングファンが回っているだけ。部屋側のドアノブは壊れてなくなっていて代わりに紐がついていた。部屋については不満は他にもたくさんあった。これまで私が泊まってきたホテルの部屋の中で最低の部屋だった。このままでは二度と泊まろうする客はいなくなると思う。
