Angry Owners.
They took 50 MYR instead of 20. They took extra tax , 10 MYR a day. Cheetars. And they were always angry faces to all customers.

Nice hotel close to shopping area
Its was a good hotel in terms of cleaniness,pricing and nearer to shopping area except parking space problems.They dont provide parking space at all.

Clean and comfortable. Near to Shopping Mall, Ampang Point and Arab shops. Easy to find food. Can consider safe to park vehicles due to 24H restaurant just nearby and the area have many street lamp post.

The cashier/front desk lady is so rude and looks so mean. She needs to be fired. She dont know about treating customers and talk bad about customers to to her guy in her language. Worker is uneducated. Good for a cheap hotel.

Our stay was so-so
Pro; Spacious & a bit comfortable. Got 1 queen & 2 single - comfortable for 5 of us. Strong wifi. Con; Only got 2 towel, 3 small soap. Bathroom door spoilt. Water heater not functioning. Just ok for sleep.

When we arrive, the receptionist said the room was fully booked. So they transfer us to other hotel, which they said under the same management.

Just a cheap stay hotel. Can't expect much
Parking is a huge problem in that area. The area is located beside a restaurant with many foreigners from Arabs. It's a cheap hotel for cheap stay. The water supply in the toilet is slow. TV connection is poor too with noisy running air-con at night.

The check in was slow. Need to check this and that. I booked for queed bed but they give me twin bed. Air cond was so bad.

This hotel switched off the Electric box that controls power supply in my room at 12.30noon to chase me out. On thia PArticular booking they simply moved my booking to their sisters hotel property just because the rude indian lady at the reception dislike me. I was told tht my name are blacklisted due to old CAse where i asked the indian lady staff to apologise for being rude to me

Do not put too much expectation
Booked and paid a room for 3 nights, checked in late on 3am and the staff informed me no rooms available. I was so frustrated as Expedia stated guarantee room reservation for late check-in. Some more I paid for the room also. They transferred me to another old building which the hotel inside is under their company also. Next morning I insisted to change back to the hotel that I booked which is new. At first they refused to let me check in and suggested I might as well continue my stay in the old building. I demanded to get a refund, after that only they willing to transfer me back to the original new hotel I booked. The staff blamed me for not call to inform for late check-in. But I think they should reserve the room for the guest since we paid for it, somemore Expedia also stated guarantee room for late check-in. The price is cheap so I cannot blame too much. Suggest to Expedia if Hotel cannot guarantee room for late check-in, might remove the promise statement line to prevent confusion.
