Hi . On the day we booking. There is no room available. I sleep with my husband and baby outside the hotel in the car. We stranded by flood. Cant go back home. Please refund my money as we not stay at the hotel. Thanks

dah penat sangat dari Jb , semua hotel dh penuh,sekali tengok disini ada kosong , booking & buat payment.bila sampai tempat hotel , hotel tutup.Call Hotel.com , dia ckp untuk refund kena call 1 no ini , bila call , hotel malaysis , hotel malaysia inform dia tak ada kena mengena dengan new town hotel.Penipu!!! HOTELS.COM & NEW TOWN HOTE. masa sampai tu memang ramai orang yang tunggu depan hotel tu , siap ada yg pakai kain pelekat , mungkin nk bermalam sebab rumah kena banjir.minta refund lagi , dia ckp akan ambil masa 14hari..

Scammer Hotel

We even cannot check-in due to the hotel wasn't operating their hotel. They supposed to not advertise in the web online booking if the hotel is not operating yet. We hardly to get the full refund like we're facing the scammers.

The cleanliness is terrible. The worst I've seen. The air conditioning didn't work then they upgraded my room then it was alright but in the morning the air conditioning started giving terrible smell from it. Changed three rooms, all of it had the same scent to it.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!

Room was dirty... Bed sheet was dirty, toilet was smelly like someone just went in and take a dump before I enter. Floor was sandy and sticky... Have to wear shoes around the room because of that. Bed sheet was dirty and sandy but it smells off. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Don't put good reviews if is not good!

必要にして充分な印象です。 コンパクトながら短期の使用には充分でした。テレビのリモコンが壊れていましたが、それ以外は特に気になりませんでした。

割り切りが必要

今回は短期滞在のため、はじめから安価に済ませる予定でした。ホテルも安価な所をはじめから割り切って選びました。チェックイン後部屋に入った瞬間、窓がなく、独房みたいでびっくりでした。ベッドはきれいですが、バスルームの中のトイレがシャワーを浴びると水浸しになります。排水溝が汚くて、悪臭がするので要注意。神経質な人、イライラしやすい人にはおすすめしません。冷蔵庫があれば近くのスーパーで買い出し出来たんですが、ないので困りました。でも、スタッフが親切だったので助かりました。

1) too hot during day time; as though the aircond was not working 2) aircond at night is good 3) the bath water is too slow/no pressure 4) the bath accessory (holder) spoilt/broken and not repair 5) use mydin plastic as curtain in the bathroom....

Anyhow, it still can stay.

The toilet paper & soap is low quality, no hot kettle or hair dryer even wanted to rent. The others hotel beside, they provide & their room is slice bigger than this hotel.
