Excellent hotel an d clean place

The hotel was very clean and friendly staff Specifically the locations was very convenient to travel anywhere to in Malaysia. Kl Sentral station was very close to hotel. Food was amazing. I am planning to go again this year with my family.

It was expensive as it was newish, but overall very good The only issue is the differing prices online between Kiwi, Expedia, and Agoda. I stay here in KL every 6 weeks. So the travel companies need to visit themselves and correctly assess.

This hotel is near to KL Sentral . Besides hotel is a LRT train station. Transport is accessible . Good for a short stay .

Got upgraded to family room so ample space to spread out. Good central location right in the city but still quiet in the room. It's rather basic but reflected in the price.

Our room was at the front of the hotel, it was very noisey till about 4 am. We were able to change rooms on our second night to the back, which was a lot better. Staff very helpful and understanding.

Good location and good local food restaurants near the hotel. Unfortunately, the bath room door is half-opened, so the toilet floor got soaking wet after the shower. Furthermore, we needed to fight against small bugs during our stay, but overall it's ok.

A pretty basic hotel to crash for one night for me. Clean and service was good. Some shortcomings like remote controls to aircon doesn’t have batteries. Otherwise it is a really convenient place for to stay with KL Sentral walking distance nearby, the monorail literally the next door, the nearby NU mall, as well as many eateries options nearby

Conventient in location

No window in room, the window only can see the hotel corridor inside. Always do not know weather outside. No toothbrush provided is not good enough. It is convenient in location as the terminus of air train, express bus, LRT right nearby.
