The complaint I have is that reception desk is not attached to the building. You have to go outside where there is no cover to get to the reception desk. This makes it extremely inconvenient when it is downpouring rain as you get completely soaked. I recommend having an umbrella as it rains heavily every day for a few hours non stop.We arrived late at night and had to be moved to a new room due to an issue but the host answered my call quickly, even though it was very late at night, and put is in another apartment within a few minutes. He had already spoken to his staff and the new key was ready by the time I arrived back to the reception desk. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The view was spectacular and the area was pratty good. There were convenience stores, restaurants, malls and even a small night market all within walking distance.
