Great location

The Lavana hotel was in a great location. Near central market and in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. The area was one of the homeless hotspots at night. They were not a problem and kept themselves to themselves. Nice people going through hard times. I would consider staying again.

Good location, close to public transportation, and several markets nearby. The room itself isn't anything spectacular, but was clean and comfortable. Overall, a solid deal for the price.

Disappointed. Not what was advertised. 1st room had blocked sink. Ask to fix but maintenance only work from 9am to 6pm. Was low on toilet paper but again housekeeping work from 9am to 6pm so they can't access storage room. Next day moved to different room. This one no internet connection at all, TV not working, lamp won't turn on. Couldn't be bother asking to change. They play music in the morning loudspeaker in the hallway. Not sure why. The design to close the door means you need to slam it hard to shut it. Other guest and housekeeping were all doing this which is irritating and noisy. I can hear guest from next room and hallway. My room had spider Web on ceiling and lamp was dusty. Staff did want to help but seem unenthusiastic. Bed, sheets, blankets, pillow were clean. Very close to public transport and Chinatown. Plenty of food and restaurants around. Would I come back? No but if they lower the price significantly to put up with all the loud noise, other inconvenience then its a maybe. The negative outweigh the positive. I can't recommend this to others. Safer to give it a miss.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I arrived there at 4:45 am after a long flight, exhausted and just wanting to check-in to my room and rest, and found the door locked. I knocked, and someone who I believe was the manager came out and told me that I could not check in until 6:00 am due to their policy. Despite having already paid for the room, I was asked to wait outside on the street. I explained that I was not asking for an early check-in and that I had only a few hours until my check-out time, but my request was denied. The street was full of strange people shouting and chasing each other, which made me feel quite uncomfortable and unsafe. I knocked again, another person came out and told to come after 06:00 and just went back in. I tried to call the phone number at the door, but no one answered. I reached out to Expedia customer support, informing them of my situation, but they were unable to contact the hotel administration either. They advised me to find another hotel nearby, and they would try to arrange a refund the following day. Despite the inconvenience, I followed their advice and found another hotel to stay in for the night. However, two days later, I received an email from Expedia stating that the hotel refused to issue a refund, despite my having never used the room that I had paid for. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

L'un des seuls inconvénients est le bruit, un temple où il y a une sorte de roulement de tambour très bruillant tous les jours plusieurs fois par jour.Tres tôt le matin et l'après midi , ce qui me reveille à l'aube mais l'hôtel reste très bien desservi par les transports et un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les hommes à la réception sont très polis et professionnel.

The location is excellent and the room was clean and satisfactory enough, though very small. Good value for money but if I return to K.L. I would try the Travelodge across the road which while just a little bit more expensive appeared to be significantly better.

Great Location

The location is fantastic. Close to MRT and LRT stations. Also within walking distance to Chinatown and Central Market where great food is available. Only downside is that room flooring is all ceramic which could be cold and sticky to the feet making it uncomfortable. Also there is no wardrobe in the room. Awkward to see my clothes hanging openly in the room. Also there is no security as anyone can go to the rooms by using the lift. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

Good service and location

1. The rooms I got was facing back. it was happen that the Indian temple has some prayer function and very noise in early morning started 630 am. 2. Room is clean and just nice. 3. if you drive, car park is next building and you need to ask the receptionist for the timing. it's cost RM10 for overnight. 4. Location is centric of the city and convenient.

Budget hotel. No frills. Very clean. Great location and good amentities all around the hotel. Service staffs were helpful and polite. Internet connection is good basically. Location of air con unit is blowing directly at the bed. ( dont think the hotel can do anything about it ) Water pressure for shower needs was very good. Value for money. I will come back again.

靠近交通幹道、中國城和中央市場十分方便。

沒有冰箱、吹風機，跟飯店人員借吹風機也沒有。飯店人員很友善。房間裡蟑螂很多，至少五隻，很噁心，不會再來了。
